Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for paid Wizible plans. All payments are processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing settings (customer portal). No cancellation fees apply.
  • When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the free Starter plan. Your data is not deleted when you downgrade — features above the free plan limits simply become unavailable.
  • Annual subscriptions work the same way: cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the paid year.

2. Refunds

  • First purchase: if Wizible is not working for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Renewals: renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it case by case — accidental renewals with no usage in the new period are normally refunded.
  • When a refund is issued, your account is downgraded to the free plan immediately and access to paid features ends at that time.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
  • BYOK costs charged by third-party providers to your own API keys are between you and those providers and cannot be refunded by us.

3. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription enters a grace period during which we (and Dodo Payments) retry the charge and notify you by email. If payment continues to fail, your account is downgraded to the free plan. You can resubscribe at any time.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve almost all billing issues faster than the chargeback process. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

5. Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrades take effect immediately; the payment processor prorates or charges the new plan price per its standard behavior shown at checkout.
  • Downgrades to a cheaper paid plan take effect according to the option you choose in the customer portal (immediately or at next renewal).
