Terms of Service

Wizible provides SEO analytics, reporting, content generation, and optimization tools built primarily on data from your Google Search Console properties and third-party SEO data providers. Features vary by subscription plan and are described on our pricing page.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that reduce the functionality of a paid plan.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You may only connect Google Search Console properties that you own or are authorized to manage.
• Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or circumvent any authentication or rate-limiting measures.
• Access data belonging to other users, or attempt to do so.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except via features we provide for that purpose (e.g., shared report links, team seats).
• Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce, except via documented APIs.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Plan limits (queries, exports, articles, seats, and similar quotas) are described on the pricing page and enforced within the Service. Quotas reset on a monthly or daily cycle as documented per feature.
• Prices may change. For existing subscribers, price changes take effect at the next renewal and we will give you advance notice.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. Continued failure may result in downgrade to the free plan.
• You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is issued. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Taxes may be added where required by law.

Some plans allow you to supply your own third-party API keys (for example, AI model or SEO data provider keys). When you use BYOK:

• You are responsible for the costs those providers charge to your keys.
• You must comply with the third-party provider’s own terms of service.
• We store your keys securely and use them only to perform actions you initiate in the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Search Console, DataForSEO, AI model providers, and Dodo Payments. Your use of those services through Wizible is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services, and outages or changes on their side may affect Service functionality.

• You retain all rights to the data you connect to the Service and the content you create with it, including AI-generated articles produced for your account.
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can export and delete your account data at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes your data from our systems as described in the Privacy Policy.
• If you share reports via magic links, anyone with the link can view the shared, read-only data scoped to that link. You are responsible for who you share links with.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Wizible and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Wizible name, logo, or branding except to truthfully describe your use of the Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate content, suggestions, and analysis. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the policies of any platform where you publish it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SEO OUTCOMES (RANKINGS, TRAFFIC, OR REVENUE) WILL IMPROVE AS A RESULT OF USING THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIZIBLE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
